    Love the Program

    I just finished the Metabolic Reset and I have to say, it was honestly so good. It answered so many of the questions I've had around what I actually need to be doing to lose weight now that I'm not in my 20s anymore. I've already lost 2 pounds (in just 1 week!) after implementing what I learned in this course.

    I was blown away

    When I bought the course I knew I would take away something away from it that would help me get better on track. But after seeing everything inside it was much more than I ever expected. So worth the money, plus I just love the community inside and getting daily tips from Joyce. I finally feel more in control with my body and know what I need to do.
